Dr. Qin is a preferred provider of most health insurance. If your insurance plan covers acupuncture we will file your claims on your behalf. You just pay your co-payment at the time of your visit. It is your responsibility to pay for your treatment before you meet your deductibles, and any denied claims for your treatment.
We can assist you in verifying your eligibility for your acupuncture benefits. Please provide us by email to: acupuncture@drqin.com with your insurance information (the name of insurance company and its phone number, your name, date of birth, insurance ID number) one day before your first appointment.
If your insurance company name is not listed below, but your insurance covers acupuncture. We can work with your insurance company let you get paid.
